cocoa and hot chocolate
Classy hot chocolate
20 minutes • 2 cups
Ingredients
• milk — 450 ml
• dark chocolate — 70 g
• milk chocolate — 30 g
• cream 33% — 75 ml
• ground cinnamon — ¼ of teaspoon
• a bit of salt
• marshmallow
How to make
Heat a third of the milk, remove from the stove, wrap the chocolate and stir until it melts. Add the remaining milk, cream, salt and cinnamon. Heat the mixture again, but do not let it boil. Pour into cups and add marshmallows.
Quick cocoa for lazybones
3 minutes • 2 cups
Ingredients
• coconut milk — 400 ml
• cocoa — 2 tablespoons
• tahini— 2 tablespoons
• sugar or other sweetener
How to make
Mix the ingredients with a blender or mixer. That's it! The drink is consumed with ice, at room temperature or heated, and instead of coconut milk, you can take other vegan or cow milk 3.2%.
Mexican-style spicy cocoa
45 minutes • 2 cups
Ingredients
• milk — 2 glasses
• brown sugar — 2 tablespoons
• cocoa — 4 tablespoons
• cinnamon — 1 stick
• star anise — 1 star
• carnation — 2 pieces
• nutmeg — 1 pinch
• cardamom — 2 pieces
• pinch of salt
• vanilla extract— ½ of teaspoon
• chili pepper (dry) — pinch
How to make
Heat the milk to boiling, add spices, vanilla, salt and leave for half an hour, covered with a lid. After 30 minutes, add cocoa and put back on fire. While bringing to a boil, stir with a whisk. The finished drink remains to be strained and tasted.
Banana-rum chocolate
15 minutes • 2 cups
Ingredients
• milk — 400 ml
• sugar or honey. — 1 tablespoon
• dark chocolate — 70 g
• water — 2 tablespoons
• bananas — 2
• chocolate ice-cream — 200 g
• rum — 100 g
How to make
Heat the milk, mix it with bananas and melted chocolate. Heat water with sugar and add rum. Serving: rum syrup on the bottom of the glasses, then banana-chocolate milk, ice cream on top. Enjoy!
Mulled wines and grogs
Scandinavian style mulled wine with nuts and brandy
80 minutes • 6–8 cups
Ingredients
• red dry wine — 1 bottle
• brandy — 250 ml
• carnation — 25 items
• cinnamon — 5 sticks
• raisins — ½ of a cup
• peeled almonds — 1 glass
• cardamom — 1 teaspoon
• sugar — 2 glasses
• orange — 1
How to make
Pour wine and brandy into a saucepan, add washed raisins, nuts, sliced orange (yes, with the peel), sugar and spices. Bring to a boil, turn off the heat and leave for 1 hour. Strain and try. If you want a stronger drink, add brandy to the finished drink.
Apple grog with butter
20 minutes • 6–8 cups
Ingredients
• light rum — 250 ml
• apple juice — 1 l
• butter — 2 tablespoons
• cinnamon stick
• a pinch of ground nutmeg
• honey — 60 ml
How to make
Bring the apple juice to a boil, reduce the heat and add the rest of the ingredients except rum. Now pour the rum in a thin stream and heat the mixture, stirring, until the honey dissolves. Done!
Tea grog
25 minutes • 6–8 cups
Ingredients
• water — 600 ml
• tea — 2 tablespoons
• sugar — 3-5 tablespoons
• fragrant pepper — 4 peas
• a pinch of ground cinnamon
• a little nutmeg
• star anise — 3 pieces
• rum — 0,5 l
How to make
Boil water, add tea, sugar and spices at the end. Slowly pour rum and remove the drink from the stove, infuse for 15 minutes. Divide grog into 6-8 portions. It is better to serve in heated glasses.
White mulled wine
55 minutes • 6–8 cups
Ingredients
• 1 bottle of white dry wine
• grapefruit — 1
• tangerines — 2-3
• carnation — 5 items
• 1 cinnamon stick
• vanilla pod
• honey — 40 g
How to make
Pour wine into a saucepan, add spices, peeled and chopped grapefruit, mandarin slices, heat over low heat until boiling and turn off. Infuse for at least half an hour, strain and pour into glasses, then sweeten with honey. If such mulled wine is very strong, dilute it with orange juice. If you want more strength, pour 150 ml of orange liqueur into the finished drink.

Lemon balm vitamin tea
100 minutes • 6–8 cups
Ingredients
• water — 2 l
• Melissa mint — 2 tablespoons of dry leaves
• sea buckthorns — 1 tablespoon
• crushed rosehip berries— 4 tablespoons
• apple drying — 1 tablespoon
• guelder rose — 3 tablespoons
How to make
Boil water, mix all components and pour slightly cooled boiling water. Infuse in a thermos or pot for an hour or a half. Then strain and enjoy. You can supplement the drink with jam, candied fruit, dried fruits or honey.
Everything is simple here: mix the ingredients and cook for 7 minutes, then strain and add pieces of fruit. Apples and oranges work well, but are optional.

• dry back tea — 25 g
• orange — 1 middle sized
• lemon — 1
• orange syrup — 50 g
• a sprig of rosemary
• water — 1 l
How to make
While the water is boiling, wash the citrus fruits and remove the peel from them with a sharp knife. Then put it in a saucepan, add dry tea and add syrup. Pour all the ingredients with boiling water and infuse for 5 minutes. Then strain and enjoy.
Green tea with cranberries
25 minutes • 2-4 cups
Ingredients
• water — 1 l
• green tea — 1 teaspoon
• cranberries (fresh or frozen) — 100 g
• ½ of orange
• cinnamon stick
• ginger root — 3 сm piece
• honey
How to make
Crush the cranberries, cut the orange into slices, grate the ginger, boil water in a saucepan (it is ideal if the vessel has a thick bottom). When the water boils, reduce the heat and add berries, half an orange, ginger, tea, and cinnamon. Boil for 3 minutes, then remove the drink from the heat and infuse for a quarter of an hour. After filtering, sweeten with honey, drink and get well.
